Skill in NPM

I advocate for the introduction of New Public Management (NPM) in the Public service and other civil organisation to enhance better transparency, accountability, service delivery and monitoring and evaluation

New public management (NPM) is a school of thought that seeks to address the inadequacies popularly attributed to classical public service management that has resulted in mismanagement of resources, lack of accountability, transparencey and ineffective.

With NPM the public service management is expected to be transparent, accountable, effective, efficient, sustainability and show a commitment to the public ethos.

These are the skills I posses and would like to make much change in the public service and civil organisation including NGOs, other parastatal and private orgaisations.
